When I work with salespeople one of the challenges that they face is to keep their motivation up, it's a little bit like when I go running you know there's a part of that run that I don't look forward to but I know once I start I soon get over that.
This is the same as when you don't want to get on and make calls to connect with a new customer once you do and win a sales it makes you feel great and your motivation is back on track.
We will focus on communication and collaboration to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that everyone is comfortable with the goals and objectives of the team. We will ensure that everyone is given an opportunity to contribute and that all ideas are respected and discussed. We will also make sure that everyone is given the resources and tools needed to be successful.

The purpose of sales training is not to teach your customers how to buy your product, but to explain why they should purchase it. It is common for people who work in sales to focus more on the product or service they are selling than on the person they are speaking with.
