With over 25 years in sales, leadership, and coaching, I’ve seen what works — and what doesn’t. I help ambitious sales professionals and leaders cut through the noise, sharpen their focus, and perform at their best when it matters most. My work blends neuroscience, psychology, and high-performance coaching to create lasting behavioural change — not just short-term motivation.
I’m Jason Cooper — Sales Relationship Coach, High-Performance Trainer, and host of The Global Sales Leader Podcast. I’m also an ultra-marathon runner and athletics coach, which probably tells you a lot about how I think: disciplined, curious, and always pushing the limits of what’s possible.

I don’t believe in off-the-shelf training. Every person and team is different.

Drawing from years of experience in consultative selling, leadership psychology, NLP, and neuro-sales, I translate complex science into simple, actionable insights that shift behaviour and drive measurable performance.

What Drives Me
I started running ultra-marathons in my late forties — not for the medals, but to explore my own capacity for focus and resilience. That same curiosity and discipline define my work as a coach.
